Local Delivery:

For deliveries within 100 miles of our warehouse in Raleigh, NC; we deliver with our own truck. Deliveries are curbside but we will place your order safely into your garage or porch. We may also deliver to the first floor of your house for an additional charge.

National Delivery:

For national deliveries; we acquire the services of freight carriers to deliver your order. National freight carriers use large trucks and their deliveries are usually curbside only. For an additional small fee; we may be able to set up inside delivery to the first floor of your home.

Hardwood floors are usually boxed and range in weight between 50 and 120 Lbs per box. We strongly suggest you have your contractor or installer present at the time of delivery to expedite receiving your order, inspect it and make sure everything is up to your expectations.

Free Delivery:

For a limited time ONLY.

Get free delivery of your order when you purchase one pallet or more. Pallet quantity differs between manufacturers & range from 1000 to 1600 square feet.

Free delivery is curb-side with lift gate service to residential addresses or to a dock in a business location.

Inspecting Your Order:

We fully inspect all orders before they leave our warehouse; please understand that damage is a common occurrence and it could happen to any shipment.

When you receive your order; please inspect the cartons carefully. Should there be any visible tear to the cartons; please inspect the flooring inside for any damage. If the flooring is damaged inside one or more cartons, please note that on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. We will replace any damaged flooring in a timely manner at no cost to you. When you sign your receipt with no damage notes; you acknowledge that your shipment is received in good condition. All damaged materials must be returned back to us to process a claim with the shipping company.

If you decide to use any damaged boxes without written agreement with us, the claim will be void. Verion Floors will NOT replace or issue credit for any damaged materials after the merchandise has been received and signed for without any damage notation.


Cancellations:

You may cancel any in-stock orders as long as they did not ship from our warehouse. A 3% cancellation free applies in this case and that covers credit card fees incurred by your credit card issuer. This charge does not apply if you paid in cash, check or if you are replacing your order with a different floor.

You may not cancel your order if your floor has already been shipped to you. Cancellations are also not allowed on the following:

  • Special orders; items we do not normally stock in our warehouse.
  • Custom-made orders; items made to your own specifications like starter steps or floors vents.
  • Discontinued floors; styles no longer offered by the manufacturers.
  • Discounted orders; products sold at a special price and noted as such on your invoice.
  • Clearance floors; products that are marked down and sold as is.
  • sundries orders; Moldings, adhesives and flooring accessories.

Returns:

We accept returns on all in stock flooring within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned flooring must be in its original packaging, unopened and in good condition.

We do NOT accept returns on special orders, custom orders, moldings, adhesive. There's absolutely no returns accepted on anything after 30 days.


Store Your Floor Program:

As a way to help you take advantage of our sales and promotional events; you may store your flooring order in our warehouse up to 90 days absolutely free. Floors stored more than 90 days are assessed a $25.00 storage fee per week. To take advantage of this program; the following rules apply:

  • All orders must be paid in full.
  • Orders can not be cancelled or exchanged during or after the storage period.
  • Returns in full or part of any extra flooring material in this program will not be accepted.
